The village of Guia is only a 5 minute walk and is famous for its numerous (25+) good value restaurants and 'home' of chicken piri piri,also there is a daily fish, fruit and veg market and supermarkets. The property is totally enclosed by walls and gate. The beaches of Galé are aprox. 10 minutes by car (5km). Albufeira is also just 10 minutes by car. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive with multi cinemas and Ten Pin bowling.
Albufeira famous for its nightlife and interesting Old town is a 10 minute drive.
There is a mosaic tiled pool (8m x 3.5 - 4m) surrounded by terraces with a shower and BBQ. The swimming pool is fenced with a lockable gate and can be HEATED - this is available as an optional extra.
